Question about AHQ

Sorry. I have not been up to date. What exactly is difference between HQ and AHQ. I looked online and I do see different game, but is it like a completely new game, or just enhanced version?

Totally different game but it includes rules for the HQ heroes, monsters and furniture.

definitely completely different, although they both have the same cut & thrust.
I like both, but they scratch different itches.
