Stratos, I got it today! Thanks, buddy! We'll be meeting up tonight to see if the ring fits inside.

Cynthialee, that is a great idea! I was shying away from in-game effects because most of the ones I thought of were overpowering, but that's good! It goes with the theme very well and it isn't a major game-changing effect, since the need and opportunity to use it won't come up all the time.

I just had a sad and romantic scene play out in my head where the one hero is ready to die and the other one spends their last Body Point to save their beloved.
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

Woo hoo!

I like this.

I like it as well. I think it should also mention that it can be used on a hero who has been reduced to zero BP.
That opens up for the scenario where both heroes are at 1 BP and one takes a hit. Will the other literally sacrifice him/herself for the other?

How about "...twice per quest"? Back and forth? Thematically even more sound.

This isn't necessary if lucas prints one copy of the rings for both Heroes. They each have one of the rings, so each can use the power once per Quest. Also as worded, the rings won't work at all if only one card is printed.

Good point, Count! That actually didn't even occur to me. Thanks!
