I printed mine on cardstock and, after some cutting, put them in card sleeves.
Actually, the equipment cards were even cheaper. I did them in black and white on regular paper. I figure they're easily replaced that way.
I was surprised how well they turned out, even the regular paper ones. I used Mayday Games sleeves, a tiny bit bigger than needed. I got euro size, 59mm x 92mm, cheap on ebay. Be sure, if you go this way, to get the ones that say "125% thicker" on the label so that they feel good in the hand and you can shuffle them easily.
