Looks great!
I would not call him a "slave", however - sounds less than attractive for a player to choose. Would word it more like:
"You are the Chaos Warrior, having sold your body and soul to Chaos in exchange for powers unmatched by less openminded humans"

This.
Or re-wording it into something with the word "disciple" or "adept". I have a yet unexplained unnatural fondness for those.

I think I took that description from the inside cover of the game system quest book but it can be changed. What I really got stuck on was which 4 monsters to use. I was planning on the Chaos Warrior as a Barbarian replacement and the Chaos Sorcerer or Orc Shaman as a wizard replacement but could never decide on what to use for the other two members of the group.

If I were to make EvilQuest I wouldn't use the heroes as base.
I'd probably just use the greenskins and then change up the classes to fit a little better.

Fimir ~ Barbarian: Pretty much the same.
Orc ~ Dwarf: Basic warrior, can remove traps
Goblin ~ Elf: Maybe start out with a sling like skaven in WD. Reduce MP.
Orc Shaman ~ Wizard: Pretty much the same, but access to Orc/chaos spells

None of the normal races seems like natural spellcasters like the Elf.
But those four seem like the most obvious to group together.

I've done this idea a few different ways in the past and it was lots of fun.
Unless you specify your version I'm going by the US rules.

cornixt wrote:Anyone played EvilQuest? It's where you play as one of the monsters but with higher body points, running around the dungeon and killing innocent humans, elves, dwarfs, and stealing their stuff. It's essentially the same game but with the models reversed. Makes you realise the moral ambiguity present in any game - are you really rescuing Sir Ragnar or breaking him out of prison where he was convicted for crimes against Orcs? How much of the backstory is true or are you simply being manipulated by Morcar/Zargon?

Bruenor started a similar thread back in the summer of '13.

Haha, I even used the same name in the thread title! I wonder if I subconsciously read the title at one point and it reminded me of how when I used to play EvilQuest back in the 90s.
