While I'm sticking with Zargon in my NA rules, I still prefer Morcar over Zargon. Morcar was an actual name chosen by GW from English history--it rings true. Zargon sounds like it was made up by some Hasbro guy to sell games to 14-year olds in America. I don't feel any nostalgia towards that decision, since I was older than that when I was introduced to the game.

Me! I am from GB and got into HQ from the very start. I got everything going, played it all and thoroughly enjoyed it. However, with the arrival of the internet, and the discovery of the NA version, I realised what a far superior system it was. It made the EU version seem quite amateur and therefore Morcar became tainted by association.

Zargon sounds like an alien race. Morcar sounds like a medieval wizard.
