I've been lurking for a while. This thread got me to join!

The other official HQ expansions have counters and furniture that would be nice to see. There's also the Skaven lab scenario thing (I haven't looked it over too closely yet). It would be beyond awesome if everything that had a tile counter actually had a 3d piece.. I've been wanting to do something like this myself forever.
For non-HQ or .. at least non-box set, I would love to see more levers, maybe variations of the crypt.. or, if it takes off enough to fund a lot of stuff.. maybe an offshoot egyptian themed set that mirrors the standard. I know this is seemingly for terrain but if you could manage a figure for Sir Ragnar. It's actually really hard to find a figure of a knight that's been taken prisoner.
Specialized activation counters might be nifty.. just throwing out some ideas.


On a side note..
I "was" going to go in on the Mantic dungeon crawler but really all I want is stuff for HQ.. which it aint. This line of furniture is exactly what I've been looking for I have already been buying models from Reaper, Heresy, Hasslefree, and even GW to modernize my home edition of HQ.. this is really a classy touch to what I'm going after.

Another thing to consider.. some of the other old board games like Dragonstrike, Dark World, Battle Masters, and Weapons and Warriors (etc) might have furniture or terrain that could also benefit the kickstarter..

Yup i remember the skaven expansion, have it around here somewhere. Will certainly be doing some lab equipment, will take a look at this old HQ expansion again and see if its something that can be built from to add to the set

Yep if this does well, will be looking into different styles of dungeon, rock caverns, ice cave, Egyptian tomb - all something for the stretch goals i imagine.

There will be a very select few kickstarter exclusive miniatures along with this one, but going to have to limit this since, as you mention, its scenery mainly.

Ok enough rock! Rectangular stairs are done. May detail them more later with extra cracks and such. Lets make something with less rock today.

For now, a treasure plinth (is it booby-trapped?) with a Goblin Idol and a Bag of Sand.

Will you consider the dungeon doors with movement? Or are they going to be replaced, the closer with the open one?

Hi Mictlan, welcome to the forum

The old dungeon doors which are currently in the webstore, will be offered with this Kickstarter. They will be a little bigger and be prototyped in higher resolution.

Im not really considering doing an opening and closing dungeon door with a hinge im afraid, for a few reasons.
First off, these always break (*looks at advanced heroquest*) and resin isnt the best for moving parts.
And secondly, with the door open, it blocks a square behind the door, which starts to get fiddly and annoying when placing your models around the door! It would be cool, but im not sure if its for boardgamers.

Just a thought on the Spiral Staircase. Would it be feasible to "fill in" in some fashion the under the staircase section, maybe with support columns or a solid wall? All of the spiral staircases I've seen are open under tere and - it's just me - it's always bothered me as being too similiar to those LEGO spiral staircases. An advantage to it I suppose though is placement of figures...
