[Poll] Morcar vs Zargon : fight !

Hello all.

I know the american edition used the name of Zargon instead of Morcar.
I prefer the european name Morcar than the american one. (Zargon)
It doesn't sound like a rare gaz ...neon krypton zargon...
Who prefers the original name ?
Is anyone know why in the hell they have changed the name of the evil forces leader ?!?

Well, it's been on all the HeroQuest forums thus far, why not here too?

I personally prefer the name Morcar, even though I grew up with the North American Edition. When I found out that it was changed and my Zargon wasn't original I was confused. I think Morcar sound far more menacing. But this is merely my personal opinion (Zargon sounds like an interior decorator. Fitting since he's the one who sets the board). I know there are a lot of people out there who feel Zargon is a better name.

Why the change? I don't know. Perhaps some down at Hasbro US thought Morcar was a bad name and came up with Zargon.

All in all, its personal preference. But statistics are fun to look at so... POLL ADDED!

I've always known him as Zargon. Morcar doesn't register with me. End of story.

I wanna like the name Morcar, but I just can't...

1. I grew up with Zargon.
2. Morcar just reads as such a clumsy name, to me at least.

I rather prefer Zargon. I'm a fan of pulp sword and sorcery style fiction, and although a little silly, Zargon is a name that goes well with Fafhrd, Grey Mouser, Thoth Amon, Thulsa Doom, and the like. At least, that's my opinion.

I like the name Morcar better than Zargon, but I've always known him as Zargon. So Zargon gets my vote.

Morcar is a weirdo name to me. FAR from a wizard; maybe an orc warlord, but not a controller of evil!
