That is simply not true. When played right, HQ is an intellectual mindfuck for all players involved. Strategy. Using strict rule corsets to your own advantage.
Unlike chess, HQ is partially a game of chance (the dice).....case closed.
Case re-opened: because of chance it's even more difficult to play it coherently clever, thus making it more intellectual than chess. Case closed.
Seriously, I get what you mean, but HQ is untouchable, and no HQ player is part of any problem. Well, not because they play HQ.
