Zero would just be an O, perhaps with a slash through it.
One similar to the I perhaps with a larger base.
Two could be a laterally inverted S with a flat base (the bottom of the Q might be good as the bottom of the 2).
Three... I would take the curve of the P and try adding a second underneath it. May need to flip it vertically depending on how it looks.
Four will be tricksie. Really depends on whether you want a closed top or open top. Invert a V on an I and add a horizontal stroke.
Five is a very complicated one. I don't have any real good ideas for that one yet.
Six I suggest taking the G, closing the middle and fiddling with the top to narrow it, more like the diagonal stroke of the R.
Seven is clearly Z without the base.
Eight, flipping a copy of the 3 horizontal may work. Probably need to tweak it a bit.
Nine would obviously be the 6 turned 180º

.Gotta work on that 4; meanwhile, Dock's been so nice to send me the W from dutch version.
