Yeah, we die-hards can always find a reason to stay in the game as long as the (old) youngbloods keep dropping in to add to the conversation. Hero Quest forever!

Yeah, there are still many fans of the old versions of the game than most people think nowadays, and platforms like Facebook, Telegram or Discord are not always the right place to post about the game, so fortunatelly the Inn still has its own and unique space.

Was hoping to see some news of Old Scratch or Biff as he called himself on here and Old Scratch's HeroQuest Forums (I think).

I know he was working on Dungeon Crawl the boardgame, but I would love to know what become of him, those forums were a big part of my early internet days.

I think he was from Peru. For some reason my limed isolated Australian knowledge at the the time though Peru was like Lustria from Warhammer Fantasy battle. I'd heard of it, but thought only the likes of Lara Croft went there!

Check out BoardGameGeek to see his latest postings on Dungeon Crawl, though it's been a while. It seems he is currently living in the US. I have a friend from Peru that now lives in the States as well, so it's possible that he likewise changed residence. There's also a YouTube video made by a blogger that promotes his game. In it, he tells that Biff has been through a serious health issue that kept him sidelined for years. The good news is that he has responded well to treatment and has continued polishing his game. He's even done some comic publishing.
