It's from an old computer gaming magazine. These quests are from one of the old HeroQuest computer games.

Yes it actually mentions on the bottom left "Your Sinclair" which was for the Spectrum computer. Notice it also talks about Chips Challenge which was a fantastic puzzle game! :)

Oh and Heroquest the computer game is still worth playing, I played it on DOSBox a couple of years back and had a great time! :D
