Ordered a huge batch of HQ dice as I want each player and the DM to have their own set. First stage will be painting them all, starting with the pip dice

That looks great—if it were a semi-gloss finish (varnish?) it'd look a lot like the original!

Etching each players dice/peg holder

What it looks like filled. Pocketed to a depth so the dice fully sink in so I can stack them.

Cut out the holders.
Some deflection kinda buggered up the top right corner on each square. Also not fully centred. Will have to play with the settings some more.

I 3d printed these body/mind point counters ages ago. I will most likely redo them into etched wood probably a different layout/design. Maybe combine it with their herocard. Still deciding how I will tackle that. So many incomplete HQ projects and ones I haven't even begun yet.
