I hope he doesn't mind. Originally I downloaded the files but only kept the ones I used, so my archives may not be complete... but I'm posting them for anyone who still wants them. Anybody have the others?

Can someone contact the author or track down his website? Not sure if archive.org would be any help for a drop box anyhow.

If he doesn't want us to use these anymore, please let us know, hopefully that's not a concern.
