they hold the full copyrights on SpaceHulk, but not on HQ. GW would have to mess with Hasbro and vice versa if they wanted to republish HQ.
That's what I was trying to say. But having a copyright also means that you have to actually use it (by selling product with the name on it) to keep the copyright from becoming obsolete or public domain. Correct me if I'm wrong. That's why they have to publish Space Hulk every few years (and yes, we'll see it again in, say, 2019). It's why Marvel Comics has to print a freakin' She-Hulk comic book carrying the title every now and then. Either way, there's not gonna be another HeroQuest by Games Workshop.
Moreover, the name is still in MoonDesign's hands who - go figure! - release a product carrying the name just often enough to keep the copyright alive and kicking.

The only reason that ANY company could possibly use to stop such a thing from being printed would be because it was false. The idea that he'd even ask permission is ridiculous--what kind of journalist doesn't exercise free speech?
Or maybe the interview was just uninteresting and taking up too much space. Maybe Les Edwards had more interesting things to say than Stephen baker. Maybe the publisher/editor said "No" as opposed to Games Workshop. As of now, I've posted something really evilly outrageous.
