I came across another fan created quest pack (10 quests) focused on the Knights. Like the Barbarian and Elf quest packs, the first three quests are solo quests. Check it out at https://imgur.com/gallery/XdluAKC

Haven’t played them or looked at them in depth really. Just came across it and wanted to share.

Not specifically but I have been using them to help out the Barbarian in the Frozen Horror solo quests. We'll see if they survive!
