If you could pick one HQ Quest and name it the best/most-fun Quest... which would it be and why?

Further if you could alter/modify/improve that quest what would you change?

So far, I quite liked the KK quest with the rolling boulder and the long winding staircase.
But it's a close call with the Dwarven Lords quest and the neverending monster conga line of death.

I can't find the Dwarven Lords quest anywhere... is that a published quest? Sounds interesting.

Dwarven Lords quest is Kellar's Keep quest #5. The trick to that quest is after you turn the first corner of the board you get chased for the rest of the quest by an infinite mob of monsters.

For my favorite Quest... I like that one Quest from the game system where the Heroes get paid a bounty on every monster they kill. It's the only Quest in the entire game that actively encourages you to go looking for Wandering Monsters in the treasure deck!

Oh ok cool... I can't wait to try that one. Let me also ask... I have a TON of Skaven and Undead type monsters... which quests utilize these types of monsters the most do you think?

For the Undead, the official pack 'Return of the Witch Lourde' and some of the fan-made packs, such as drathe's Heir to the Black Banner, feature them prominently. The Skaven only officially show up in a couple of the White Dwarf quests, but there are some fan-made sets with them as the antagonists as well. Slev's HeroQuest Revised, which isn't on this site as far as I'm aware, puts them in Quest Pack 8: The Master of Corruption.

On an unrelated note, I've always been of the opinion that there should be an Undead figure with 3 Body Points. Topping out with Mummies doesn't really cut the mustard for high-level undead-laying Quests. In my system, I use Living Armors (alternate names: Possessed Armor, Armor Spirit, Death Knight), which have 5 Move, 5 Attack, 4 Defend, 3 Body and 0 Mind.

The one in which I (Zargon) succeed in killing the entire party!

Skaven in The Halls of Durrag-Dol, and of course my quest pack Into the Sewers!
