Ok, so here is a normal goblin in front of a normal door. It is quite possible that the heroes come from inside the room and run into the goblin when opening the door from inside.

So if we play with "move through to open" (which I always do as hero because I like the thrill, although the rule is not established), we need a rule for what happens if the field is impassable. When my son is Zargon, he says that I lose a BP and my turn ends, and most of his rooms have a goblin right behind the door

I would say that the room or passage is revealed, the hero is moved back through the door and his movement ends (not his turn, he can still attack).
