G'day Bob-bob,

The vassal module was created purely with the US version in mind and I don't believe anyone has requested the option to have the EU version cards.

The module was designed to be played without having to prepare any decks, etc beforehand, so the treasure deck is automatically shuffled and ready to go at the start of the game.

There weren't any plans to add anything from the EU version, so no EU treasure cards (except for the "Nothing" card I believe), no EU versions of spell cards, etc.

The initial version had a character sheet but was removed as it wasn't required when using the module.

There is an option to do this. Instead of using the Public Notes window, use the Delayed message window. Any text you write in there will be saved but noone can see it. Then you can reveal the text for everyone to read but noone will be able to edit it.

I guess that makes me the first person to request such a thing, then.

I'm not gonna badger you about it or anything, I just thought it would be a good idea for the sake of completeness. If it's too much effort, then I'm ok with that. I can find ways to work around it.

I guess the main reason I asked is because I thought maybe one day in the future after I'm done working out a better translation for Japanese HeroQuest, there'd be a chance of you adding in ways to incorporate rules and stuff from the Japanese version into the module. :bites-lip:

As for the Public Notes, thing: Thanks for that. I'll keep it in mind.

I'm actually planning on doing another update in the near future so I can add the UK treasure & equipment cards. Then I can add an option to allow the Morcar player to choose either the UK or US deck or simply alter the treasure deck as they wish.

If you have any other requests, please post them here and I'll see if I can add them in.

Then I guess I'll take this opportunity to mention the following:

- If you're gonna add the UK Equipment and Treasure Decks, you may as well go whole hog and also throw in the UK Character Boards, Quest Treasure (Artifacts), Monster, and Spell decks just for flavor's sake. :D
- I guess this technically includes the cards and stuff from the Wizards of Morcar set, since that one was Europe-only. Just a friendly reminder.
- I think the gold tracker on the inventory windows could stand to be a little bit bigger. The numbers are kinda small, and probably look even smaller on a large monitor.

Edit:

- Oh, I almost forgot! Even though the game is by and large based around the US version by default, the module still calls the evil wizard player "Morcar" with no option to change their name to "Zargon". I dunno if there's a way to fix that, but it was a little bit of an oddity I noticed.
