Those tokens are 7x8 tiles in size; I've checked their website and I don't really see an option for such specific dimensions (assuming each tile is 0.88" x 0.88" in size). Did you custom order them, or do you use a different tile size? Also, when you uploaded the image, how did you position it in the template, with regards to the bleeding edge?

I've been contemplating ordering some stuff from them, but being from Europe and they're located in Vancouver, I worry a bit about international shipping fees and all that jazz that customs will pile upon the price.

You choose custom. There’s no template to fiddle with. Upload the front/back and tell them the dimensions to cut to.

I've decided to send the folks behind the website an e-mail. I wrote them the following:

I’ve recently come across your website and it looks quite great to complement one of my favorite boardgames with tiles and cards that are of higher quality than I could possibly hope to achieve by myself.

However, I see that you are based out of Vancouver, whereas I live in Europe; the Netherlands to be precise. Do you have any ballpark measure for the expected extra shipping costs due to international customs? Any guesstimation would be helpful for me to decide if I want to go ahead and order the items I desire from your webshop.

The best way to see what the cost will be is to set up an order for what you would like to receive on our website. Then, proceed to check out and see what shipping options you are presented and their prices. The actual cost will vary a little since the weights the website uses for each item are an estimate.

So I guess we'll have to figure it out by ourselves .
