Nice clear scans. I hate the small tiles though, they move around so much more than larger ones and you have to use many right next to each other.

Good work! Something similar had been done in this topic, though I like your wall solution better.

I think pasting some of the corridor tiles to a 9-square length would help. On another tack, what about an all-corridor-square board with room tiles laid on top? I know I've seen one before. Rather than printing corridor tiles, blocked square tiles would close off any needed outer borders not closed off by room walls.. I imagine blocked square tiles and double blocked square tiles could be Photoshopped together for some longer pieces.
