Why do they have grass on their bases? Most Hero quests take place underground...

yes I know... Just because the grass is cheaper than over flocage...
I will paint it to brown later...

Mayhaps it's moss.

that's exactly that my dear drathe, it's moss !
sincerely it fits well with the boardgame and gives a little more colour to the game
but, at first, it was really because the grass was cheaper... Just for that...

Those figures look so cool! I wish I could paint like that. Oh well, I'll just stick to my DnD substitute minis for now.

New pic for my custom figures of Skulmar

My zombies

My Mumies

My giant

They're still a work in progress, so be indulgent ! The giant came from the basic "descent" box

I like your skeleton conversion with the sword, I may have to copy that. There's potential to put a sword in each of the skeleton's hands.

Your efforts are commendable. Like your idea of painting different colors on the Fimirs' belly armor. Fast, simple, and ready for tracking separate BP's. I also like your alternate-colored Fimirs. Never really thought the lizardy things should match green-skins so closely.
