Why do they have grass on their bases? Most Hero quests take place underground...

that's exactly that my dear drathe, it's moss !
sincerely it fits well with the boardgame and gives a little more colour to the game
but, at first, it was really because the grass was cheaper... Just for that...

I like your skeleton conversion with the sword, I may have to copy that. There's potential to put a sword in each of the skeleton's hands.

Your efforts are commendable. Like your idea of painting different colors on the Fimirs' belly armor. Fast, simple, and ready for tracking separate BP's. I also like your alternate-colored Fimirs. Never really thought the lizardy things should match green-skins so closely.
