Love those chaos dwarfs.

I don't care much for the elf minis featured in the Elf Quest expansion so...







I'm not making a difference between high / dark / wood elves either when playing HQ, only allies or enemies, just as humans can work for or against the Empire. Also, in my game, blue/grey skinned elves are the ones who have been, say, more exposed to magic or whatever. They are not necessarily more powerful or belong to a different race. I just enjoy some diversity

I've been meaning to update this thread for months so here they are...



I decided a couple minotaurs would look great alongside my previously shown beastmen and/or my chaos dwarves. So a brown one to act as the beastmen's "big cousing", and a black one to work for the chaos dwarves in their volcanic mines or whatever



I thought the colour palettes would make sense this way (and I do), but then I realized half my chaos dwarves have a red/gold palette and half my beastmen are black, so there you go. The combinations work well too

At last... the thief!

I had been looking for a (preferably female) thief mini that suited the HQ aesthetics for a while, and a few months ago I finally found one that looked right to me. Sadly, it seemed to be available from UK stores only, and shippinig was like 3 times as expensive as the item itself (thanks Brexit), so I thought I'd wait until I could find it from another seller in the EU.

It's a Reaper Bones miniature called "Daschelle Female Rogue", which turned out to be a bit taller than I thought, but still not bigger than the elf or the barbarian, which is fine



Why a red face? No reason. Just some skin colour diversity. But is she human? Is the an elf? Only Mentor knows

Kidnapped by the chaos dwarves, but she won't take long to escape...



Thieves! They stole the Ogre Lord treasure! Get back here!



And so, the anti-hero party is finally complete!
