Reaper Bones came out recently with another Wizard that might make a good candidate for the High Mage:

I really like the reaper sculpts but I like the legends line more cause its metal. Same models though I think.

Yeah, Dark Heaven Legends are metal and the detail is slightly sharper, but the plastic ("Bones" and "Black") is still quite nice (and cheaper, which is why I buy it).

Oddly enough the plastic seems more resistant to damage, especially when transporting.

The guards are interesting variants on the Mage of the Mirror elf Warriors.

Yeah the metal breaks more easily thats true. I love the spiderqueen throne!! Epic model. Are you planning to paint them?

Dark Elves (specifically "Dark Elf" and "Dark Elf Crossbow"). The STL files are on a variety of 3d printing model sites. YeahI like that they are proportioned more like the Elf Hero (rather than the smaller EQP sculpts) and their fancy armor made me think they'd make good royal guards!

Thus far I've been painting all my character miniatures in solid colors and my furniture in full color (using the classic HQ elements for inspiration). I have to decide what colors to use. Tempting to make it black rather than gray and throw in some colors for the jewels.
