Yeah, I guess that's a tough one. I have no idea, but I'm surprised that others haven't figured it out.

Oddly enough I can't find the 5 pack on Em4's site, but it's from 5+ years ago.

Yep looked it up on boardgamegeek once I had a name. Never heard of it. The mini design looks a lot like HQ.

On another note, I've just discovered that if you have an image for a mini, you can do a "reverse" image search; by pressing on the camera icon you select a picture (file/url) and google shows you all the similar photos:

That could be useful in identifying unknown minis
