Well I guess it's about time I posted a few pictures of my figures or at least my attempt at painting miniatures.
On a side note I have a left hand tremor so painting small details is near impossible for me as I'm left handed.
Imagine converting your electric toothbrush into your paintbrush that's what it's like.
I've commented on enough it's time I put myself out there.
I'm by no means an expert mediocre at best but it's just for me and my kids so here we go.
For me box art tops it for my paint scheme,then card art.lasty my imagination which I lack...lol
I've got a lot ready all of them still need the bases painted up though.
So I'll start with the heroes.

Yeah,my bad I was trying to set up my thread first.
So they should be up now and I'll be updating most of the day.

Orcs I painted them again like the box art with pants!!!
Why does nobody ever give them pants ?
Just a place keeper I have kellars keep painted and will show more orcs later.














Custom Orc shaman.
I always hated the wizard pack shaman he looked like santa clause.
No much of a custom just standard orc with bits parts out of beast man box standard hq skull added to staff the rest hobbled together with greenstuff.

Chaos knights straight up silver armour.




Black paint,the ball was busted out of helmet on 2 figures so I removed two more making four Black chaos knights.



Converted chaos knight,turned into custom paladin / crusader character .
Little bit of green stuff and horns removed.I already showed him above in the characters section but what the heck.

I went with a mix between flesh tone and green.
I have a few custom fimir I'm working on updated as I finish.

Yeti,polar war bear,grizzly and a polar war yeti
Yes a polar war yeti and a grizzly.
I would like to get another yeti body and war bear head to make a polar bear.

This proves once again that any style of painting - as long as the color choice is plausible -
is better than unpainted miniatures, especially considering these are played by kids.

I'll add though, that if you ever decide to put more effort in these (highlights, shading etc. pp, you know the drill), rest assured, it will definitely look awesome,
done with that steady hand of yours.
What I would consider for the future would be giving all of these just one thinned out brown wash (or maybe different colors, too) and then maybe a second, thicker one
to give them depth with minimal effort, but that's entirely up to you.

And I'll give you the tip to paint all bases in a medium to dark gray to make the colors of the actual minis pop more, as they say.
