Might need some breasts to go along with those. It would look strange just replacing the barbarian's head and leaving the rest the same.

I concur! Although a breastless female barbarian might answer the reason why she's a barbarian. There simply weren't any guy willing to put up with her ugly and go out with her, hence her rage mechanic. I do however agree that most all female characters run around scantily clad. Gaming has mostly been a nerdy guys playground so it's not surprising though.
