You do have the skintones down. Pretty good painting standard all around, I say.
But I'm not a fan of the older models. Given that they have been painted with the same skills as the newer Reaper ones, the quality of their sculpts is underwhelming.
Even your painting can't save them. But that's just my harsh opinion.
Again, my eye focuses more on your painting skill. I like the new Reaper models there.

Thanks fellas. What kind comments.
Techniques:
Always try and start from a white undercoat.
Skin is one or two, sometimes three VERY thin coats of elf flesh, followed by a VERY thin wash of Dwarf flesh ... and the jobs a good 'un. I will sometimes do another shade for deep recesses or very cut muscles and often do a final highlight with elf flesh and skull white mix.
Blonde Hair is bleached bone. Then a VERY thin wash with snakebite leather (or sometimes sepia wash) and a final highlight with bleached bone and white mix.
I honestly can't remember the red head. I think it was one of the red/browns like vernin brown ... and judging by the shine I think it may have been a wash with an old pot of chestnut ink.

I am mosly using pretty simple techniques ... washes and dry brushing .... none of this wet blending nonsense. :D

Wet blending isn't nonsense.
But your techniques fit the vintage style of your minis best, that's why they look far more elaborate than they really are.
That's of course again high praise and not to be interpreted as critique in any way.

There are quite a few cool Barbarians here!
I like the female with the tatoos all over the body.... except her cancerous feet :) From painting point of view, they're good!
