yeah these look great. especially for a first timer... you should see some of the first miniatures that I ever painter.... heavy base coats and all with that boogalee eyed look on there faces

Look good to me mate. You'll make mistakes along the way but its all part of the fun learning from them.

I am pleased with how they turned out but I know I made a silly mistake with the 1st wash on the second set

Time to tackle the HQ skeletons and I also have these fellows to paint.

HeroQuest Skeletons are done.

I experimented with different primers on these and also different paints on the Scythes.

I haven't decided what to do with my bases yet. I've been looking through the pictures on here and I think I might do something like Spiky's.
I like the way he has retained the original colour coding of the models around the edge of his bases
