yeah these look great. especially for a first timer... you should see some of the first miniatures that I ever painter.... heavy base coats and all with that boogalee eyed look on there faces

Thanks for the compliments.
I am pleased with how they turned out but I know I made a silly mistake with the 1st wash on the second set :oops:

Time to tackle the HQ skeletons and I also have these fellows to paint.

HeroQuest Skeletons are done.

I experimented with different primers on these and also different paints on the Scythes.

I haven't decided what to do with my bases yet. I've been looking through the pictures on here and I think I might do something like Spiky's.
I like the way he has retained the original colour coding of the models around the edge of his bases
