You already have contrast going between the warm brown and gold with the cool blue. Maybe repeat a warm color to emphasize the Frozen Horror's inner power and savagery, as with his inner mouth. I'd say go with golden eyes. I'd also put red between the teeth to match up with the card and box art.

About the eyes, I'm with Daedalus. Yellow or a light orange to make contrast.

I like knightkrawler's light orange idea. Try using highlights to make it appear like a glowing orange with darker orange around the edges and lighter in the centre.

id try to give it slit pupils and make it dark orange or red

thanks! I actually didn't get any gold at the end. The guy is a friend and and I really delayed this project so it was unfair to ask for anything.
