sweet work
So it is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you can win a hundred battles without a single loss.
If you only know yourself, but not your opponent, you may win or may lose.
If you know neither yourself nor your enemy, you will always endanger yourself.

Cant get the damn image or idea out of my head. Been thinking about a Monk, or probably a Pugilist that uses scrolls to power his fists.
Can see him wrapping a scroll around his hands by gripping it between his palms, then rotating his hands so the scroll spins around until it covers both hands, holding tight by magic.
He utters the word for the element, ripping his hands apart which tears the scroll and releases the magic held within. This is the part where his hands are covered in either fire, ice, stone or electricity.
Each element has an effect on the target hit.

I know it's similar to my monk stances, but I cannot get the above "movie" out of my head. The look of determination and the explosive force when the scroll tears and the magic within envelopes the fighters hands in whichever element.
Wish I could do special effects, or draw better like I used to.

To me, its a wizard monk, or wizard warrior. Different to a Battlemage, as they only use their fists. Maybe even a fight ring where they compete for prize money. Damn this imagination of mine.

Probably been done in anime or something already though I bet. |_P

Couldnt help myself.

Here is a character card. Not sure if I'll ever use them, but had to make the card to get this idea out of my head.

Not 100% on the name just yet. Had Scroll Spellfist originally, but it sounds more like a name than a class.

Can anyone tell me where the Ranger miniature I have is from, as I can't remember.

I had a look at the wood elf for Talisman 3rd Ed, not the same.

This was a Warhammer or something.

Annoyed I can't remember. Checked old Ebay emails, but got it quite some time ago.
Need to find another one as my middle child doesnt like any of the new elves for her ranger.

Who'd have thought someone so young and non-nerdish could be so particular about how she was represented on a game board.

I think it's fom Warhammer Quest. Middle row, far right figure? I think that's the elf from WQ.

More like "By the power of grey skull!" for that guy.
Has resigned from the forum and would delete his account if he could.
