Anyone play this? What do you think? I was thinking about picking up a copy to get my 6 y/o daughter into Rpg like games.

Never even heard about it but if you do buy it, I'd recommend looking into Reaper's "mousling" series.
Those fantasy mice are far superior to the minis in MM in my opinion.

The creator is a longtime member of OldScratch's, G-Bob/Jerry Hawthorne. I've never played it but I've also never read a review that's not overwhelmingly positive.
I think its design and atmosphere make it the perfect fantasy style boardgame. HQ is godfather to it, too.

I've watched a few videos. Think I'll have to pull the trigger soon. I really think my daughter will enjoy the theme more than hq or the d&d board games. Although she did tell me she wanted to play hq and I made her play battle masters with me. Regardless it has to be better than candy land or mouse trap.

We're talking "I don't care about sport" :P

Yeah, these same mates are amongst the ones who want a regular Mage Knight game. Alas, I've cut down on my gaing this year, to allow more tiem for modelling, painting, writing, etc.

I've people wanting to play all-sorts of games wth me. Currently have regular groups for AHQ, WFRP, WFB, and sporadic 40K and general boardgaming groups.

Plus my better 7/8's is a gamer, and I will often lose an evening to games.

Sounds like you have something of a gamer mansion along the lines of Hugh hefner, hosting games in a dressing gown and sipping champagne.

Our house is basically the geek-den of two adult kids. It's awesome.

I own M&M, played it twice, lost twice lol, need to get the hang of it, but it's not very difficult to learn, lots of fun, looks amazing, and I recommend it. Especially with children.
