I imagine many know already, but AmalgamAsh has done 2 videos on his AshQuest YouTube channel about OrcQuest. One is an unboxing, and the other is a compatibility overview comparing tiles from OrcQuest with the HQ board, the miniatures scale, etc.

I watched the Ash quest component compatability video yesterday, and the short answer is, yes it is.
