Warhammer Quest in name, not in nature. Love the art, will be interesting to see the gameplay.

This review sheds some light on the matter: http://uk.trictrac.net/news/warhammer-quest-the-adventure-card-game-once-more-unto-the-breach-dear-friends. I'm intrigued, as it promises loads of combat and exploration like the original but requires more tactical teamwork through the action system. I own the board game, and now I may get the card game.

The card games could be a nice opportunity to roll some dices, but I can’t compare it with WHQ in any way. In the best case they could be compared with talisman, but I don’t believe it can be better. If you ask me, exploration without a map is no exploration. The only think I can’t understand in those remakes is why they made them. You can find the original WHQ everywhere and print it for the real experience. A game tested from thousands of people for so many years. Of course, if you want it as a collector is very expensive, but if you want it as a player you can print it or make the tiles from foam, and be much better than the original tiles.

I wanted to get this, but I can't count on my group to play it with me. :( I hope to get the chance to try it one day, as the game has been highly praised for the simple, yet strong execution of coop play.
