Any websites that help coordinate online D&D players in a virtual environment?

I'm familiar with Roll20. It seems most games on there are voice only. Voice is cool, but I like a little more.

Otherwise, I'll just keep listening to my D&D player podcasts to fill the void.

There are a few now, Fantasy Grounds is quite popular and similar to Roll20. There are others but I can't remember their names off hand.
