Modular tiles, that's freakin' sweet! I'd like to see some close-ups of the miniatures. Perhaps even beside some HQ minis to see how the sizes compare. I think this is a definite purchase for me regardless. As well as the one coming this November.

Does it have furniture though?
I find that HQ really added to the immersiveness with furniture.

If it does have furniture, they likely would be represented by tiles. Still, the game looks good enough to pillage for HQ scenarios. I doubt I would actually play it, as I would rather play HeroQuest.

I will do more photos with a higher zoom on figurines.
There are 5 heroes (no game master) and a nice modular gameboard.
You can play alone or with other players. It's very simple, a kind of warhammer quest !
40 figurines,200 cards, thousands of markers, character sheets, monster sheets etc.
Something you can play in a hour. the box is HUGEEEEEEEEE.
The zombie dragon is simply AMAZING !
To my surprise the figurines are into a D&D hasbro plastic more resistant and very detailed not the cheap idea everybody has with this boardgame.
It's an opening on D&D world. Very easy to add new monsters/heroes/powers or to complicate the rules with levels.

Thanks for the pictures, and the power to make me want to buy this.
I think my kids would enjoy this as much as I would.
Question now is do I buy 2 copies, save one sealed, and hope it will be worth what Heroquest is worth in all its glory??

Buy one to play, then wait until they go on clearance to pick up your sealed-resale copies.

Just browsing through this file, looking at the picture of the Howling Hag, WONDERFUL!! What is her role? Surely worth a Quest of her own? Reminds me of someone close? Cannot think who!!
