Wondering if anyone has played with these rules (web address below) a combination of Heroquest EU , Advanced Heroquest with a touch of Decent. Just interested on views.

Most of us here play a combination of various mods. Some change nothing, only specifying which edition, US or EU, a bit of both. Like Allied, mine (in signature) use the Chaos Tokens from Advanced Heroquest, we have a simpler TORCH but no Death Zone or intelligence (which was in development linked to Mind).

Torch 100g: Can reroll 1Md#, if same result discard, it dies.

The scout carries a torch too. Heroes in the same area can reroll. Rerolls can be important as double 1's are HAZARD..

In allied, it mentions speeding up the game but doesn't combine Trap and Secret door searches. These are the same thing (see the many other threads) and were combined in the original version. Using US Monster BODY and a mix of both editions Trap rules are the most important mods in my opinion. Playing a few campaigns on Advanced HeroQuest tiles is great too, mixes things up a bit. I did a Quest Pack here. Click Me!!!
