The new card types - loot monster, search furniture, etc....I really like the ideas. I just might have to steal those
should I ever get a group together to play.

The whole feasting on a monster thing...man, that is disturbing, and you need major help. hahaha

Thanks a lot. No need to "steal" them, I will publish them when finished. Actually, I do this for you (the folks at the inn), as I myself don't have a group to play with at the moment.
File size will become an issue - The document includes 4 decks of 52 cards each, four cards per page, which make sup to 52 pages of graphics only (plus some text pages).

Hey, t'was Ken's idea. I just wanted to be helpful...
It will definitely not be part of my "Card Decks for Different Occasions" expansion. But probably you are still right. Need professional help... Will have to tell the doctor about this...
Have a look ;)

New Official Hero Quest Rules Detailing the Feasting on Monsters
I talked this over with Puck today. We decided Benes’ rules are too complicated. We thought the way ahead is to make sausages from one dead monster at the end of each quest. Pick a dead monster as you go along, roll a red dice. 1-4, inedible, hard luck. 5-6, good grub! Take a joint or two. Between Quests, mince up and pack into skins, and take a maximum of five sausages on the next quest per Hero. These can be eaten one at a time, just before a Hero’s turn. After eating a sausage, roll a combat dice.
Skull, 1 extra dice in attack, this turn.
White Shield, 1 extra dice in defence, this turn.
Black Shield, Lose one Body Point.

Working on the cards NOW. Bene, any input welcome.

@Ken:
It was a joke. I would really not recommend you to actually eat monsters, using my rules or yours, unless you play a half-orc or the like. It would be funny, but in effect it would ruin the roleplaying atmoshere.

Having said this, of course it's up to you to decide. If you really want to use them in-game, you could just combine both rules. If a hero wants to eat a monster during the quest, my ruleset would fit, if not (hopefully heroes more often don't want than want), they can still pick a corpse for the smokehouse?
Have a look ;)

Don't take it to heart, Bene. Here in UK we make sausage from strange things. Not as good as France tho'.

That's some big files, man. Like...holy crap big...you know.
Looking forward to it though.
4 decks of 52 cards...that's a lot of creative juice flowing...or is it just trying to fill the void of
a lot of down time? hehehe
I've been working on D&D and magic here lately...getting back into HQ soon, though...for me, it
is filling the void...and I, too, don't have a group with which to play.

I've got one person on this forum who lives close...I just don't have the time to get together with anyone.
