FEAR THE DARK was a fanzine dedicated to HeroQuest, I have done a conversion of the 11 part quest (plus an optional opener) that was originally presented in the first three issues. I have gone over each part multiple times, touching up my mistakes making very small improvements but there is a good chance I missed missed something. This a review copy, I would like others to check my work before saying it's done and completing the HQ21 version for which I have already made cards for. The issues of the fanzine are included. I've made several touch-ups and fixes. These should be the final versions.

Unfortunately no, it only ran six issues.

Went over the quests serval times more, fixed typos, took care of some map item goofs, added some missing bits, new cover for 1989 and new cards for 2021. v1.4 should be the final release for both.

Oh good! Another quest to add to my list.

Updated every quest in the NA version, so that is v1.5 now.

I have printed off the the 1989 version thanks. Just spotted a couple of things and would like some clarification please.
1) In quest 1 the secret door symbol behind the fireplace in room B is missing.
2) The stairs are missing from the central room of quest 7.
3) Quests 8 and 9 have the 'Thunderbold' and 'Terror' spells. Are these Lightning Bolt and Fear, or something else?

Oh and the card names were are you suspected, I forgot to change them to normal US spells. Alternatively Zenithfleet had created cards, if wanted you can get them here; but I have changed them to the US names in the quest book now.
