My goal here was to create a challenging "bridge" quest for experienced heroes who have just completed Kellar's Quest, before they embark on their next quest pack. Here are a few places I'm looking for feedback please, and thank you in advance!
1. Is the parchment text compelling and does the theme fit the in-game universe? Is the quest objective clear?
2. Does the quest map and notes appear to make for a rewarding experience for both players and Zargon?
3. Are the quest notes easy to understand? Any other suggestions or thoughts?

Kenaron's Curse: Epilogue to Kellar's Keep
"Zargon has struck back since his defeat at Kellar's Keep. You no doubt recall Kenaron the Guardian Knight who held back the tide of Dread, falling only after the King and his comrades could escape. Obsessed with revenge, Zargon has commanded the orc priestess Mallgoth to disturb the knight from eternal rest and capture his surviving kin. Using arcane magic, the priestess has enslaved Kenaron's spirit inside an enchanted suit of armor, and while his kin remain within her lair, the once noble knight serves as a deathless Guardian of Dread. To lift the curse, you must destroy Mallgoth and help Kenaron's family reach the spiral staircase. Beware! Nothing you possess can pierce the Dread Guardian's unholy armor.
A. Kenaron the Dread Guardian appears (and reappears) when the last hero passes a square marked "A.” Use a Dread Warrior for Kenaron and place him on the passed square. If he is already on the board, immediately move him to that square. On Zargon’s turn, Kenaron will pursue the heroes with 8 squares of movement and 5 attack dice, but is immune to all weapons and spells.
B. This special falling block trap cannot be sprung or searched for by the heroes and will only collapse if Kenaron moves onto the square marked "B."
C. This female goblin is Goth'gf, the acolyte of Mallgoth. She has the same stats as an abomination and knows the spells Rust and Summon Undead.
The hero who opens the door here finds Kenaron's family. His mother Elyna gives them 4 gingerbreads. Kenaron's favorite! They may be divided among the heroes. Each restores 1 Body Point when eaten. Little brother Tolly also gives that hero his toy knight. This keepsake was a gift from his brother and Kenaron will not attack a hero who has it. Let this be a surprise! Alondra, Kenaron's twin sister, then takes up a rusty sword and departs with her kin.
D. This chest is trapped with a Dread spell. If a hero searches for treasure before the trap is disarmed, the spell Firestorm is cast in this room. The chest contains a potion of speed (see the armory for this item) and 100 gold coins.
E. This chest contains a vial of holy water (see the armory for this item).
F. This female orc is the priestess Mallgoth. She has the same stats as a gargoyle and knows the following spells: Command, Sleep, Tempest and Fear. If Mallgoth is killed, remove Kenaron from the board for the rest of this quest.
The secret door here can only be found by searching for secret doors in this room. The moment it is opened, Kenaron's twin sister Alondra, sword in hand, enters with her mother and little brother. As if to greet them, the fireplace in this room glows with a calm warmth, and Kenaron's peaceful spirit embraces his kin. The curse is lifted and the quest is over. After this, Alondra enlists in the Guardian Knights, her mother Elyna opens a bakery, and young Tolly apprentices to a local bard. Any hero holding Tolly's toy knight rolls one extra combat die when defending against a Dread Warrior's attack.
Wandering Monster in this Quest is: Zombie
