Found It! It is a thread titled 'Wizard Quest Pack Review'. It is in the Adventurers Guild section and dates from 2011. Sadly that was the only quest written.

Yeah, I'm not a thread-mancer anymore, but I somehow missed it in my first two months after signing up. It's in my collection now, in any case... anybody interested in finishing it, that's the real question.

Gotta say, this wizard quest is one I really like, map-wise. Very well put-together. It doesn't sprawl, wasting movement all over the board without cause, and the enemy density is just about right for the wizard and a couple mercs.
