:: The Mind's Eye ::This Wizard Solo Quest has been recreated by Phoenix along with three new cards! A Wizard Hero is recommended to have completed the Main Game System, and probably Kellar's Keep and Return of the Witch Lord. Additional requirements beyond the main Game System are an additional Gargoyle, three treasure chests, one weapons rack, Zombies from Return of the Witch Lord, and Stone Doors from Against the Ogre Horde. New rules and tiles pertaining to this quest are included.
Where does this quest start and end?

There is a doorway on the board edge with in/out arrows suggesting the quest starts and ends here. There is also a set of stairs?

That's is unusual. Judging from the room letters on the map, the Quest flow indicates the the Wizard starts at the side door. Afterwards, the Quest may be exited and re-entered from the Stairway Tile. We are talking Wizard here. Perhaps drathe was allowing for a breather.

With using only what Milton Bradley provides in HeroQuest, there is only one way for a wizard to get to the room marked H. If the wizard gets there, the wizard can't get back out the way they came. Hence, the stairs.

Ah yes, interesting. There are two stone doors, neither of which he can open. So he would have to have a Pass through rock spell to get in. He might try a Genie spell first if he had one, but he would be frustrated by the second door. Of course, he could have Scrolls of those two spells.

Yeah I don't get it either? Does he start stairs or door?
I would assume door.

He starts at the door. He can exit the door or stairs.
