Ye Olde Inn

Tell me if I'm doing it wrong.

Apart from the original HeroQuest gamesystem, this quest uses a stair tile from Kellar's Keep and some Chaos Spells (if using a non US edition)

So, first time trying this. The story is probably more suitable for a D&D game (the Damsel in Distress enters Ye Olde Inn to ask for protection), but whetever.

Well done for a first quest. A couple of comments:

I feel kinda unmotivated for even going on the quest. Is there a promise of a reward?
Why is Pamela or her father important? Surely the champions of the Empire aren't running errands for random peasants?

I get that this isn't supposed to be a hack'n'slash quest, but a couple of goblins or something along the way would be good. Maybe? There's only 2 encounters.

I really like the twist. The escort turns into a boss. Nice!
Maybe clarify how much the potion heals her? back to 1 BP or full health?
You also need to clarify how her escort mechanic works. Is she an extra model moved by the players? Does she automatic follow? Does Morcar move her?

And what happens if the heroes doesn't enter the middle room, but just takes her directly to the exit?

This was just a quick quest I put together to back up my question in the "Adjacent" thread, so it "may" need a little work.

The Gargoyle can attack if you are unlucky, but maybe some more monsters where the Mummy is hiding.

She will stay somewhere between the first and last hero and will be moved by the first player....

And what happens if the heroes doesn't enter the middle room, but just takes her directly to the exit?

....until the door is opened, which she will do herself if the Heroes just pass it, then Morcar takes over.

P-Am-bush! Nice! Didn't even see that! I DID wonder at the peculiar choice of name.

Why not just rearrange the middle section so the heroes are forced to walk through the middle room?
