If someone wants to write up some brief descriptions of each new tile and components, I'll put them at the beginning of the book before the new rules.

I could do that, and the cards, but I need to original art. KK, did you get ghan's images?

Not yet. He answered quick for the cover art, but not on those.
Maybe he's on vacation or something. I guess if all else fails we could do some art ourselves, maybe there's something useful among chaoticprime's Talisman derivations.

Yeah I suppose I can. Some didn't look very high res though, so I was hoping for better original images. I'll see what I can do.

This project has been going on for more than two years with huge chunks of breaks. I keep forgetting what's what...

Okay, I managed to combine the larger images and the PDF's into these:
Some I kept as close to the original as possible, but the Death Spells card had the banner too low to the bottom of the card, and I had to edit it with my own banner, which looks a bit different. So I went ahead and used the same banner on the other cards as well. Choose whichever you like best.











I also changed the name of the Wraith to Specter, as the French word was also Spectre. And I've seen a Wraith card already somewhere. I know I have a Wraith card with the D&D wraith mini on it. And Wraiths don't necessarily travel through object (perhaps fly over them), but a specter is more ghostlike in my humble opinion. But I also made the Wraith one, so again, pick whichever suits you best. (edited, see later post)

Next are the spells and companions. The original companions were made as a black/white spell card, whereas the original men-at-arms mercenaries were created as monster cards without the icons.
So I'm thinking about creating the companion cards as men-at-arms cards, with new coloured images.
I'll need appropriate images though. So a little help with finding some is much appreciated.

First thought: I chose "Wraith" deliberately and with a vengeance, as it's the much more beautiful word.
It actually captures and conveys this monster's "skill" through onomatopoeia. Make your wife whisper it and you'll know what I mean.


Actually, if you make printsheets, include both. We could at the beginning, where the new monsters are presented, include a little asterisk that says you can replace a Wraith with a Spectre in quests and that's why there's two versions.
