Yes, that would be a good idea. The quest doesn't state this. Was that always the intention? That way, a separated hero can reunite with their comrades, albeit they will still face a very dicey situation. I would add one or two more chances of separation, to up the odds of this happening. There is currently only one falling block that could separate a hero.
Just always fixing based on play-testing. That's a possible add-on.
There are lots of possible separation points if the Heroes go through seperate doors not knowing about the one-way.
