On a whim I picked up a mini of The Luggage with the intention of using it in Heroquest to add in a bit of comic relief when things are getting a bit rough on my players
I'm currently trying to come up with some stats/rules for it and so far I've got
Movement 10 (5)
Attack 3
Defend 4
Body Unlimited (will explain in the rules I've came up with)
Mind 3
The Luggage isn't put in the room to start with but it represented by a normal treasure chest, if the players search the room for traps before searching for treasure they don't notice anything unusual about the chest but when they got to open the chest it gets replaced with the mini of The Luggage, it immediately attacks for 3 dice and then tries to run away for 10. Players can attempt to fight the luggage but they can only stun it and not kill it. If the Luggage gets stunned the players have one full turn to reach it and loot it, if they don't reach it in time it recovers and tries to escape again. Once it's out of sight of players it spends the rest of the game wandering around the board for 5 movement unless it gets threatened again and it tries to run away for 10.
It'll only attack if it's cornered the rest of the time it just content to mosey around minding its own business.
If players manage to loot it inside they find one of Dibbler's infamous "Sausages in a Bun" which can heal for 3 body points however they have to roll a combat die after eating it and if they roll a black shield they lose a body point instead of healing for 3 to represent the highly dubious quality of the ingredients used.
What do you guys think?
