Unique Monster Champion Characters

Here is a simple system I've devised to create unique champion monster characters on the fly. To create a champion, roll D12 five times and sequentially add the results to the figure’s Movement, Attack, Defend, Body, and Mind stats: if 1-6 is rolled add +1, if 7-12 is rolled add +2.

If it's a 50% chance of +1 or +2, maybe use a D6 since you already have a couple in the game.
