Are these monsters your using ? Or are you planning on making custom figures for them?
Most would be pretty easy conversions/mods.
Actually a few I’ve seen on Etsy,thingverse or even eBay already.

The ones that are not standard heroquest figure, I found stl files to 3d print them. Also been buying wizkid minature here and there.
