I see the ogre as about a foot taller than the troll, and a whole lot stockier/wider. That is
my reasoning for making the ogre take up a 2x2 area. It is certainly up for interpretation,
though...just my view on the monsters. I'm sure a lot of people have a different view of
dragons, also...probably many of the monsters I put in here. And I'm okay with that.
